What is a packing list?
Also called packing checklist
A packing list is a checklist of everything you need for a trip, grouped by category — clothes, toiletries, documents, electronics — so nothing essential gets forgotten. Reusing a saved list from trip to trip makes packing faster and more reliable.
A good list is tailored to the trip's length, weather, and activities, and tracks what's already packed versus still missing, so you can see when you're genuinely ready to go.
